Since 1997, Birthways has been supporting families and our doula community.  Today, the doulas in our group are respected for their experience, supportive and flexible philosophy, and skills in supporting and nurturing growing families. 

As the oldest and largest community of doulas in the area, we have helped more than 1,000 families have a better birth.  Our group’s experience – with area hospitals, many physician and midwifery groups, and with the infinite variety of normal labor patterns – gives us the depth to find the right doula for your family and to keep your birth normal, safe and joyful.

From our senior level doulas to the newest apprentice, all of our community members are well-supported, highly trained and have iron-clad backup.
